York Art Gallery
The collection at York Art Gallery spans more than 600 years, ranging from 14th century Italian panels and 17th century Dutch masterpieces to Victorian narrative paintings and 20th century works by LS Lowry and David Hockney. The gallery's collection of 20th century ceramics will be showcased in a new Centre for British Ceramics following the current refurbishment.
