Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of The Abstract Artists Group and any associated or connected directories, guides, websites or
services provided by The Abstract Artists Group is for lawful purposes only and subject exclusively to these Terms and
Conditions. Use of The Abstract Artists Group constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms, conditions and disclaimers.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time to reflect changing legal or commercial conditions
and your continued use of The Abstract Artists Group following any changes shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change.
Privacy Policy
Registration will require you to provide personal information including a username and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and also for all activities
which take place under your account. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account
or any other breach of security. The Abstract Artists Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage
whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person’s account
at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.

All personal information stored by The Abstract Artists Group is stored on a protected database only accessible by
The Abstract Artists Group, partners or authorised employees. The information is only used by The Abstract Artists Group as part of its
legitimate business and is only shared with third parties where necessary to complete a transaction or arrange a

We may supply you with information relating to associated products or artists that we believe will be of
interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information please contact us and we will immediately
discontinue.
Membership Information
Certain professional and personal information entered by you will be available on The Abstract Artists Group as part of
your membership. The Abstract Artists Group cannot be held responsible for unsolicited email or 'spam' sent to a member's
published email address. If you do not wish to have your email address published we can arrange an alternative.
Credit and Debit Card Information
Details entered as part of a credit card transaction are securely processed by Protx which uses safe encryption
technology. Your details are only shared with payment providers to authenticate your payment. The Abstract Artists Group does
not retain any credit card information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer's hard drive when you visit a website that identifies your
browser software to The Abstract Artists Group. Cookies are used by all websites to track the movement patterns of users.
The Abstract Artists Group uses this information to improve our customer service. Cookies are not linked to any personal

and enjoyment of The Abstract Artists Group post, publish, distribute or disseminate material or information that you do not
have a right to publish under legal, contractual or fiduciary relationships (including inside information or
confidential information disclosed in the course of employment or under a confidentiality agreement) attempt to gain
unauthorised access to any part of The Abstract Artists Group or computer systems or networks used by or connected to
The Abstract Artists Group through hacking, password mining or any other means. The Abstract Artists Group shall be entitled, at our sole

whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in
connection with the use of The Abstract Artists Group. The Abstract Artists Group makes no warranty that The Abstract Artists Group will meet your
requirements, or that content will be accurate or reliable, or that the functionality will be uninterrupted or
error free, or that defects will be corrected or that The Abstract Artists Group or the server that makes them available
are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
The Abstract Artists Group is not responsible in any way for any artwork sales that you or third parties may engage in.

Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any
reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining
Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and
enforceable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed on accordance with the law of England and under
the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
