The Mill Gallery presents The Still & Me Exhibition
Still life has long been a cornerstone of artistic expression, offering endless opportunities for experimentation and mastery. We invite artists and creatives to explore this timeless genre with a modern twist. Show us your unique take on still life through your art—whether it’s fruit, flowers, animals, bodies, landscapes, or unexpected contemporary interpretations of 16th-century traditions.
This exciting exhibition focuses on key still life elements such as fruit, land, bodies, and animals.
We welcome submissions across all mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, and print.
Submission Details:
Entry fee: £25 (for up to 5 artworks).
Up to 20 artworks will be selected for each theme by The Mill Gallery Curators.
Unleash your creativity, surprise us, and join this celebration of still life in all its forms.
The exhibition will be open to the public from the 7th February - 28th February 2025
Alongside the exhibition we will be hosting a series of still life workshops from life drawing to painting. (Workshop dates to be announced).
If selected all artwork deliveries are to be arranged with the gallery using an appointment system.
